The main condition is “If your website/dropshipping store which is built by us and has products picked by our experts is unable to generate atleast 1000USD in 3months (90days) then you can avail a refund”. Note that you will have to give back the website and all it’s assets, you just have to inform us and our developers will take care of the return processs.
Another important thing is refund amount. The transactions are processed by payment processors and they charge a certain amount of transaction fees on each transaction, therefore the actual refund amount will be less. For example, if you pay 1000USD then the refund will be around 970USD, the actual amount depend on transaction charges charged by the payment processors at that time.
For clients opting for escrow, an additional non-refundable amount of 2.6% (minimum 50USD) will be charged by the escrow service provider. For ex. If the amount is 1000USD then the additional charge will be 50USD which takes the total amount to 1050USD. Go to our terms and conditions to learn more.
Note that the client has to inform or submit a refund request with his/her details within 7 days after the 90-day period via email, DM, or call. If there is any delay from our side then no problem, all that matters is the day you sent the request.
Once we have confirmed the refund, our developer will detach your domain from the website, all your assets will be given to you in zipped file via email, the website will remain in our storage for 14 days incase the client wants it back. After that it will be deleted. This process takes around 1-2 business days. Once it’s done, your refund will be initiated. Note that it might take 4-7 business days for the refund to arrive at your bank account, depending on the bank.
The refund is a choice, it’s not an obligation, meaning if the client is happy with the website or want to try for longer time they can choose to keep it even when the sales numbers are not achieved. Else, they can request a refund within 7 days after the 90-day period, after that the refund will not be available.

The money-back guarantee will still apply but only for service charges of the additonal features. If the additional features involves 3rd party service or paid plugin like Firebase or SMS OTP then those costs will be non-refundable. Talk to our representative to learn more.
Refunds are an expensive task for us. The cost of development, server, theme, plugins, etc have costs, which we have to pay for in case of refunds, therefore we look for individuals who are willling to put effort.

1. Discovery: In this phase we ask questions to understand about you and your needs.
2. Strategy: In this phase, we do niche research and build a content strategy. The outcome this phase is Information Architecture(Similar to sitemap) and Project brief(contains all the content to be put in website including WINNING products.
3. Wireframing: This is the layout phase, the assigned designer creates layout of the whole website using Figma or Adobe XD. The outcome is a high fidelity wireframe which is very close to the skeleton version of the final website.
4. Design: In this phase, colors and fonts are carefully selected to build a cohesive visual brand. Creative elements like subtle graphics are added. The outcome is a final design of the website, which is handed over to the developers with all the required assets.
5. Development: With the help of design created in figma/adobe XD, the developers starts building the website on wordpress or shopify(as per client’s preference). If needed, themes are installed and required plugins are also installed. Payment gateways are also setup in this phase. Once the website is developed, the developer then tests the website for any errors or bugs. The website is now built.
6. Delivery: After the website is built, it is then migrated from development servers to live servers. Hurray! your website now live, users can now make buy products from your online store.

The escrow service provider holds the payment from the client and releases it to the us when the services and conditions are fullfilled. Let’s say you opt for escrow payment and make a 3 payments of 300USD, 300USD, and 400USD. Then these payments will be only released to us when the conditions are fulfilled by us. In this offer, the condition is 1000USD in sales. If unfullfilled then the amount is sent back to the client. Check refund policy for more details.
No, the 1st installment will need to be paid after our team has provided suggestions for niche based on the SWOT analysis and you have selected a niche and your domain name is connected to our development server and our team has done the basic setup i.e. installing wordpress(you will be able to see live development)
You can add as many products as you want. The 30 products is the number of products we will add to your online store.
You will have 100% ownership of the website. Note that for 3 months(90days) period, the ownership will be shared. Once our promise of 1000$ in sales is fullfilled then you will have complete ownership of the website.
The package is designed to include essential features that maximize sales. You can discuss with our representative about custom packages and if the money-back guarantee will be applicable or not.
