Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and goals.
- Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform the design process.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to translate design concepts into tangible experiences.
- Design user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Ensure UI design aligns with UX best practices for optimal usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs can be translated into functional websites and applications.
- Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
